REPUBLICAN & DEMOCRATIC PRIMARIES WILL BE HELD: Tues., 6/23/26 at Town Hall from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m.

There are  TWO Primary Elections scheduled for June 23, 2026, at the Town of Binghamton Town Hall — a primary for the Democrats and a primary for the Republicans.  Voting will take place at the Town of Binghamton Town Hall (279 Park Avenue).  No other Town of Binghamton polling places will be open for this election.  Here are the details:

The Democratic Primary is scheduled for Tuesday, June 23, 2026, from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m.  

Democrats will be voting for the position of:

State Comptroller
Candidates are:  Thomas P. DiNapoli, Drew Warshaw, and Raj Goyle.

In addition, a Republican Primary is scheduled for Tuesday, June 23, 2026, from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. 

Republicans will be voting for the positions of:

Representative in Congress – 19th District
Candidates:  Peter Oberacker or Alexander Portelli

Town of Binghamton Highway Supt.
Candidates:  Mark Leighton or Tom Hanna
