NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING on 11/6/25: 2026 Preliminary Budget

Please take notice that a public hearing will be held by the Town Board of the Town of Binghamton at the Town Hall, 279 Park Avenue, Binghamton, New York 13903, on Thursday, November 6, 2025, at 4:01 p.m. to hear all interested persons who wish to speak on a Preliminary Budget for the 2026 calendar year for the Town of Binghamton which includes the proposed schedule of salaries of elected and appointed officers and employees attached to this Notice.  At the aforementioned date and time, all interested persons shall be given an opportunity to be heard. The purpose of the public hearing shall be to receive public input on this issue.

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that copies of said Preliminary Budget for the 2026 calendar year are available for inspection by any interested party during the Town Clerk’s office hours, Tuesday through Thursday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Town Hall, Town of Binghamton at the Town Hall, 279 Park Avenue, Binghamton, New York 13903.
