NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FOR PROPOSED PRELIMINARY BUDGET (2027): Tues., 10/20/26 @ 6:01 p.m.

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town Board of the Town of Binghamton, Broome County, New York has approved a resolution calling for a public hearing to consider the proposed Preliminary Budget for Fiscal Year 2027.   The public hearing will be held to consider said proposed Preliminary Budget for Fiscal Year 2027 at the Town Hall, 279 Park Avenue, Binghamton, New York on Tuesday, October 20, 2026, at 6:01 P.M., at which time all persons interested in the subject matter thereof will be heard. The purpose of the public hearing shall be to receive public input on this issue.

Please take further notice that the information on the proposed Preliminary Budget for Fiscal Year 2027 is available for inspection at the Town Hall in the Town Clerk’s office Tuesday through Thursday 9 a.m. through 4 p.m. 

Please take further notice that communications in writing in relation to the subject matter of the public hearing may be filed with the Town Board prior to the public hearing.
