FIREMEN’S ANNUAL CHICKEN BBQ & PIE SLICE SALE IS THIS SATURDAY!

With the BBQ soon approaching, the Town of Binghamton Volunteer Fire Company would like to give one final “shout out” before the event arrives!  The DRIVE-THRU BBQ PICK UP will be held this Saturday, August 15, 2026, from noon until 4 p.m. (or sold out) and will be held at the Hawleyton Methodist Church, located at 901 Hawleyton Road, Binghamton.   

Cost:
$15 for full dinner which includes 1/2 chicken with salt potatoes, mac salad, roll, and butter.
$10 for half chicken ONLY.  No sides.

NEW THIS YEAR!  The Binghamton Township Historical Society will be selling slices of homemade pie for $3 in conjunction with the Fire Dept’s. BBQ at the same time / location (drive-thru).  Please consider supporting the BTHS’s Building Maintenance Fund and enjoy some yummy pie!   If you have any questions, feel free to send an email to: lefty71111@aol.com  

NOTE:  The deadline for pre-orders for chicken has passed.  However, if you placed an order online or mailed an order in, just drive up, give your name (it will be on a list), and you’ll be given your delicious chicken order!  You should have already received an email or phone call confirming that your chicken order was received.    

And finally, to answer the ever-popular question, “Will there be any chicken left for me?”  The answer is, “There should be plenty of chicken available on Saturday, but we suggest you get there early to ensure it.  Just pull in, pay for your ticket, then proceed through the drive-thru.”
