NEW ONLINE WATER/SEWER CUSTOMER PORTAL IS NOW AVAILABLE!
You can now manage your water and sewer account anytime, anywhere. You can view your bills and account balances, access your payment history, make secure online payments, monitor your water usage, sign up for paperless billing, and enroll in autopay.
We will accept payments in person, on-line, or by phone. Most major credit cards are accepted.
SPECIAL NOTE: Because we’re a government agency, we cannot incur the cost of using credit cards. Therefore, you, the user, will incur the cost. There is a convenience fee of 2.95% that will be assessed to each credit/debit card transaction. There is no minimum convenience fee.
We are also now accepting e-checks for $1.95 per transaction (no matter the amount).
Finally, yes, we will still be mailing out bills so you can still pay by mail or drop them in the outside drop boxes at 865 Hawleyton Road (Highway/Water/Sewer Dept.) or at the Town Hall at 279 Park Avenue.
