There are TWO Primary Elections scheduled for today at the Town of Binghamton Town Hall — a primary for the Democrats and a primary for the Republicans. Voting is now underway at the Town Hall (279 Park Avenue) with polls closing at 9 p.m. No other Town of Binghamton polling places are open for this election. Here are the details:

Candidates are: Thomas P. DiNapoli, Drew Warshaw, and Raj Goyle.
