WATER/SEWER ONLINE PAYMENT SYSTEM TRANSITION: No online payments after 4 p.m. today (6/29/26)

The Town of Binghamton Water and Sewer Department will be transitioning to a new billing and payment system in the coming weeks.

As part of this transition, our current online payment portal will be temporarily unavailable BEGINNING AT 4 P.M. TODAY, TUESDAY, JUNE 9, 2026.  During this period, online payments will not be accepted until the new system is fully implemented and operational.

Customers may continue to make payments by the following methods during the transition:  In person, by mail, or by drop box.

We anticipate the new online payment system will be available on or about Monday June 15, 2026. Once the new system is live, additional information and instructions for accessing the new payment portal will be provided.

We apologize for any inconvenience this temporary interruption may cause and appreciate your patience as we work to improve our services.
